Our partnership was beneficial and extremely needed. Serene and I began working together right before COVID. She was instrumental in helping me set goals for myself and became my sounding board. When COVID hit, she was able to share information with me and created a cohort group who would meet 2x a month and was a great support and resource to me.

Serene helped me to set goals for myself and strategies to support staff. Being a leader can be very isolating, and Serene made me feel like I wasn’t alone and had support from someone who had been in the trenches and knew what I was talking about.
